Can’t make a game? No problem! With our Ticket Exchange Program, you can now exchange some or all of your seats (subject to availability). Exchanges must be made 24 hours in advance of the game you are exchanging. It’s our way of helping you get the most out of your season tickets. Whether you have printed or mobile tickets, you can exchange right in your KW Tickets account online. Here’s how:

  • Step 1: Accessing Your Account

    • Visit KWtickets.ca and click ‘Login’ to sign into your Season Ticket Account online.

    • Once you are signed in, click ‘Manage My Account’.

  • Step 2: Removing Your Existing Tickets

    • Under ‘My Tickets’ select ‘Exchange.’

    • Select the game you would like to give up.

    • Select the individual seats you would like to exchange. You can exchange some or all of your seats.

  • Step 3: Selecting Your New Tickets

    • From the list of available games, select the game you would like to add tickets to.

    • Use the interactive seating map to navigate the bowl to select your new seats.

    • Once you’ve selected seats, select your preferred delivery method (mobile or box office pick up).

  • Step 4: Confirmation & Support

    • Review your exchange and if everything looks accurate, click ‘Yes, Submit Exchange.’ You are all set!

    • If you are having trouble signing into your Season Ticket account online, or prefer to exchange over the phone, call KW Tickets at 519-578-1570. Exchanges are also available in person at The Aud Box Office sponsored by Whiteway Plumbing, or at the Centre In The Square box office.
